For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, I was told the BOD'S wanted all directors present and that one director could 't attend a meeting on Saturday. So they scheduled the meeting for Sunday, starting at noon. I agree there are very important issues to discuss and association members should be given the courtesy of a clear explanation of these issues, the budget, the losses, the investigation...transparency please.
