Marty,
I was told the BOD'S wanted all directors present and that one director could 't attend a meeting on Saturday. So they scheduled the meeting for Sunday, starting at noon. I agree there are very important issues to discuss and association members should be given the courtesy of a clear explanation of these issues, the budget, the losses, the investigation...transparency please. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I have mentioned this before, but it is worth repeating. The regular monthly board meeting has been re-scheduled to February 25, a "SUNDAY" at noon. Totally unacceptable. This might be the first Sunday meeting in the history of Ocean Pines. Approval of the 2018-2019 budget, hiring of a new Yacht Club manager/partner, discussions with regard to the incredible losses and the proposal to hire a forensic auditor. Nothing important. Marty |
