That makes complete sense. As such, it will almost certainly not happen.
Who is in charge of determining whether charges should be pressed? The BOD? The GM at the time of the theft(s)? The current GM? Does anyone even know? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The criminal should be treated like the embezzler in Snow Hill not long ago. Press charges. If the person pays the money back, then allow a plea deal for shortened sentence. If they do the crime, they should get some jail time, no matter what. |
