Who is in charge of determining whether charges should be pressed?
I would think the Board of Directors could ask for an investigation if showing some proof of theft. I'd expect anyone can accuse anyone of anything. If I recall correctly, we have been told in a local paper that the Board did not initiate the law enforcement investigation of the theft of $30,000 or so from the Admin Building. We were told that it was initiated by Brett Hill and John Viola. Thank goodness for Hill and Viola or association members would not know any theft happened. Anyone can feel free to ask either the validity of this. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That makes complete sense. As such, it will almost certainly not happen. Who is in charge of determining whether charges should be pressed? The BOD? The GM at the time of the theft(s)? The current GM? Does anyone even know? |
