Maybe the homeowners should have a meeting from time to time, with their own agenda, invite board members and GM for open comments, etc. and then go into closed session.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think just knowing that there is an angry homeowners meeting after the Sunday BOD meeting, might spur some of the members to finally be willing to take some action. Some might hide under the nearest rock, but I would think there would be enough who might finally be mindful of homeowners concerns and stand tall. |
