For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Who ever said Ocean Pines was a resort area, It's not and never will be. We are a housing development nothing more nothing less. Well, how many normal "housing developments" are such that over 50% of the owners don't live in the place full time and treat the property as a second home? In Ocean Pines it surely is the proximity of Ocean City, a resort area. |
