Joe,
Or are you suggesting that the YC as a restaurant/bar in Ocean Pines is doomed regardless of management or food or service? Anyone who has lived here awhile knows that the YC will never be doomed as long as the OPA members keep funding loss after loss. Any other restaurant/bar in this area would have been long gone with the YC record. I do not believe that any other restaurant / bar in the middle of a housing development could make it. Now some folks may say what about Light house Sound, it is a great place with lots of business which is true as well as it being off a pretty busy road and very easy to get to for those vacationing in OC.
