I agree with your point regarding the forensic audit. That being said, I have asked the current Board what actions have been taken to verify that the issues highlighted in the ‘Deep Dive‘ audit have been corrected and are in force in all departments. The ’Deep Dive’ basically highlighted three major areas where the Association was deficient.... -Weak business processes -Weak management of those processes -Antiquated software IMO investment in software should only happen after the first two items are corrected. Doing otherwise risks wasting the software investment. Frank |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe ok, I read their proposal. Interesting, although as you point out the price is certainly soft. We have been going in an entirely different direction for 50 years so this would be a big change. Just my personal opinion...but we should have the results of the forensic audit before making any major decisions like this. After that is done and depending on the results we should probably consider it. Price estimate may turn out to be low. Jeff |
