And the due date according to the By-Laws is 35 days prior to the voting deadline which I believe is August 8 this year. Meaning the Assessment must be paid in full by July 5 if a member wants to vote in this year election. That is assuming I counted back correctly from the voting deadline to establish the correct due date in July.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Another reason to avoid the payment plan is so the member is eligible to vote for the BOD's. Yes. The assessment must be paid in full by the due date or voting is not allowed. Encouraging the payment plan means fewer and fewer members can vote. |
