Section 5: OPA Board Subject: OP hourly employees Msg# 1013135

| My initial information out of OPA is that hourly employees still get breaks, it’s that there is more accountability in regards to payroll. Not sure what the latter means. I am trying to find out the full official policy. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just heard that OPA has decided to take away morning and afternoon break times from all hourly employees. I was under the impression that law requires a 10 minute break morning and afternoon. Do we have HR manager? |
