Really, is a matter of employee break time violations something that needs BOD or GM intervention ? Can't department heads and supervisors, perhaps with HR assistance, handle simple matters like this?
You will have to ask the GM or the board. I have yet to receive a clear explanation as to why there were changes or what the changes are. Should be simple to explain, but the new HR person said it would probably take 20 minutes to explain. He obviously underestimated -- it has now been about a week. |
