At any rate, the 37.5 hour number came from the GM.
Therein lies the problem. He failed to explain in any meaningful way. Does not sound like they would be paid breaks if the employee leaves the work site. The GM never mentioned employees leaving the work site. Might be an issue, but he never mentioned it. I am at a loss why something that should be so simple cannot be adequately explained by our GM or the board. |
