Say what? Are you stating that of the entire sum paid over the life of the contract none of it will be operational expenses? Sounds pretty strange to me. No argument here -- seems strange to me too. I am just reporting what I've been told by all the folks (directors, B&F committee members, etc.) who know the rules way better than me... An NDA you should have never signed. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No, assessments will not go up. OPA will fund the entire Northstar project out of replacement reserves. Say what? Are you stating that of the entire sum paid over the life of the contract none of it will be operational expenses? Sounds pretty strange to me. and once Northstar excluded them from the NDA An NDA you should have never signed. |
