Too late Len. You just tipped your hand. Now OP needs to stand up and demand all the requirements be provided for everything in OP and outsourcing be looked at very closely. We don't have the full picture to know what needs to be done. BOD listen and do the right thing. Thank you.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Peggy, 1. Sorry if you thought (as Joe apparently did) that my answer was snide or if you thought I was writing as an OPA contractor. I was writing as an OPA homeowner who has knowledge, experience, and opinions about the history of the cable business. 2.
