For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Say what? Are you stating that of the entire sum paid over the life of the contract none of it will be operational expenses? Sounds pretty strange to me. No argument here -- seems strange to me too. I am just reporting what I've been told by all the folks (directors, B&F committee members, etc.) who know the rules way better than me... An NDA you should have never signed.
