For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted, I may be reading this incorrectly but here is my take. Section 10A specifically references drainage easements that are 10' in width measured from the center of the drainage channel. Terms related to these like maintenance state "reserved for the declarant". To me that is Ocean Pines. The only subsections for 10A are a-d.[not capitalized] Next we get to Section 10B which addresses maintenance of public utilities or companies rights of way and easements 5' in width along side property lines and 10' in width along the front and rear property line. It is those areas that reference maintenance by the homeowner. |
