It was also my understanding that OPA could tear up your asphalt driveway if needed to replace a culvert and the property owner was responsible for the repair.
I believe that is correct. Same goes for sanitary sewer or water pipes that may be under driveways right at the edge of the road. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: could not plant anything on those easements or in the drainage ditches. It was also my understanding that OPA could tear up your asphalt driveway if needed to replace a culvert and the property owner was responsible for the repair. |
