Read 10 D it directly speaks to not interrupting the flow of drainage.
My reading in the context of that section is that it was referencing the area mentioned in 10B. [10' along front and back of property and 5' along side]. I think they were concerned about property owners filling in their lots and the drainage channels running along the side of properties. I do however understand how someone could look at the DRs a different way. I also believe nothing will change with regards to responsibility for the drainage ditches. |
