Frank, hopefully, you can provide the following information to association members regarding this now settled issue:
Doug Parks mentioned the Trendic accusation was under Resolution B-08. This is the new Code of Ethics. If so, there had to be a formal complaint under B-08. The agenda for the meeting made no mention of B-08. Did an OPA employee make a formal complaint claiming a violation of B-08 against Director Trendic? Was the employee who filed/signed the formal complaint present during the Board review of the charge in closed session? If not, how could the board members come to any decision? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Publishing Director Trendic’s name is an indefensible breach of conduct and etiquette and I, for one, am not one bit pleased about it. And you can bet the farm that others will clearly understand how I feel at the meeting. Frank |
