Joe; I agree with Budd, and his suggestion for WIFI... You mention cost to owners not living here... They have to pay quarterly, for water, sewer, and EDU, even if they don’t use a drop of water, during the year...
Also, WHEN I owned in WHP.. Owners used to pay only $160.00 annually to Mediacom for basic cable TV.... There was also, talk for Internet service to the whole park.. not sure if it happened! |
