What would be the consequences if a small neighborhood charitable group took falsified documents to United Way or Catholic Charities and was awarded $300,000, and the transaction was publicized?
I suspect the effluent would hit the ceiling fan in many of the organizations that requested aid, from either of the aforementioned charities, and were refused that aid. OPA, rubbing hands saying 'Oh boy, Oh boy let's get ours' is not the same as dragging a $100-dollar bill through a Trailer Park. In all probability, the folks in the Trailer Park HONESTLY need the money to meet their obligations. So disappointing... |
