Yes, and as usual Parks dissembles. He never addresses the actual issue. He told the bank on April 16 in writing that the board had voted to approve the loan application. He made a false statement to the bank. The board never voted to do so. That is a fact. I have a copy of the letter and two board members who tell me no vote was taken prior to the Parks letter. At least TRY to get your facts straight. |
