Joe,
The coversation in the meeting was about how we would continue to work as a Board to continue the progress of the past 2 years. IMO, this kind of conversation needed to happen. It was a frank, back and forth, kind of conversation and I see no value in having that conversation in a public forum. There were no policies discussed and in terms of procedures it was about how we will work cooperatively for the good of OPA. Steve |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “After adjournment, the board discussed matters concerning Board policies and procedures.” Steve, what does the above mean? On the surface, it is a violation of the HOA Act. |
