Can’t discuss anything about the closed session.
Never asked you to. What I asked was why no board member spoke up when Tuttle said he had another item to discuss in the closed session. Also, the discussion after the board ended the closed session is what I was asking about as well. That was reported by OPA and is clearly a violation of the HOA Act. I assume you participated in that discussion after the closed session was adjourned.. It is fairly obvious that too many board members do not understand the HOA Act and its provisions for a closed session, or don't want to. What surprises me is the OPA attorney never said a word about a quorum of OPA board members discussing OPA issues outside a normal or authorized closed session. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Can’t discuss anything about the closed session. i do think that in the future the motion needs to be more specific and state something along the lines of “to discuss potential Director misconduct by Director Daly” (hope it never happens!) to prevent erroneous conclusions (like this session created).
