For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Consider carefully the following language in the bylaws for removing a director via referendum: (4) Affirmative votes equal to a majority of the total votes that could be cast in the referendum are required to remove a Director. Goodluck ever getting about 4000 votes to remove. Maybe for a serial killer.
