For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The Daly report you referred to yesterday as "in Daly's report " or words to that effect #1094028. I never said or implied that the OPA president doesn't have an impact, dramatic or otherwise, on OPA at times. I've reread my post and don't see what you are referring to at all. |
