10 million is a hard number to understand. There is already a deep ditch down the side of Beauchamp and the road grade appears to go down hill all the way to the river. Do you remember what caused such a high estimated cost for the project?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually if my memory serves me correctly there was a plan to go down on OPA side of road to park with drainage I will have to check There was. However, I believe the cost turned out to be pushing $10 million. See what you can find out about other outfall besides River Run pond or the old golf course property. |
