I wonder what effect this arbitrary and capricious policy will have on future debates where incumbents dare to challenge one another.
Apparently, Horn is a 'shrink.' Anyway, she comes off... as if. If I was on the BOD, I couldn't say that! Good luck finding future candidates. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So... now if any board member happens to say anything derogatory about a GM, or even another board member, outside a board meeting he or she can be brought up on charges and censured or removed? Absolutely stupid. |
