Do we want to start down the path of 'disqualifying' Board members from voting, for this or that infraction, citing reasons not circumscribed by the four corners of the rule book?
Joe, The above is my clarion call to stop the nonsense. This is the sort of thing that discourages members from seeking positions on the Board and volunteering for committee assignments. It wasn't that long ago when someone proffered a nightmare of an idea: A neighborhood Snoop Group. I'll be damned if I can remember what they were supposed to quell! For all I know, and perhaps many others know, they could be out there snooping as we speak. Referencing our attorney... it appears as though the Board asked for Marcum and got Mark. |
