Have you actually followed what happened? Janasek, a board member, was harassing an employee (Viola) over a 13-month period in public places like restaurants in the company of other board members, OPA employees, and association members. Apparently Janasek harassed Viola while Viola was enjoying a birthday dinner at the Yacht Club.

This sort of action is reprehensible. How can any reasonable person see Janasek's actions as not worthy of condemnation? Even Janacek said publicly on video last night, "What I did was offensive."

Now you are defending him when, given the opportunity to defend himself he said he would make no defense.
