Seems this board of directors again have their priorities mixed up. Appears they were trying to obscure the issues. Opposite of openness. Opposite from full disclosure.
As I wrote to John, Janasek could have asked for anyone to speak on his behalf. He did not. In fact, he said he would offer no defense against the charges and stated, "What I did was offensive." Based on what transpired and was made known during the meeting, Janasek probably deserved to be removed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What I found bizarre is that they asked for public comments prior to reading the "charges" . . .
