Bill, there is a big difference in that the people you mention are not out harassing people in public places like the Yacht Club and golf club. Harassment that occurred on a regular, ongoing basis in public around other board members, employees and association members. We know this because Janasek said he did at the meeting last night. Given what we now know, including that Janasek had been warned previously, the GM had no choice but to file a formal complaint. He only did so after 13 months of public harassment by Janasek. Janasek plead guilty and stated publicly at the board meeting, "What I did was offensive." |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Steve, For one that says what one thinks.. I appreciate your comments. We the people are in charge. My thoughts; Joe keeps telling the us what is current. Slobadon still working the system as was once written... Steve Tuttle just left, without much fanfare and we put that on a back burner even though he gave his all, [even though I didn't always agree with him]. Now Janosek can't speak his mind... Piatti [most qualified] didn't take the job. IJS. It's time for us all to to take a step backward, a introspective look as to what we really want our elected officials to do for us. Maybe report what our paid folks are doing isn't so bad. Or, If we are going to be run by the Golf community, and what is said goes and we should just shut up because there are almost 200 of them. If we want the clubs to to take lead, then we should champion the new club house with the same fervor that we did for the YC and cheer those that spend their time there and everyone should make it their new go-to place. Fist bump Matt Ortt, that's not tongue n cheek, still huge cudos for Matt. And if pickle ball is the fastest growing sport in the US let's push those like minded folks forward. Or, we should just appreciate those elected folks for their random thoughts and let them speak their mind, without retribution.
