Quite a diversity of countries in the Paris accord. The developing nations come there with hat in hand, looking for grants, for big bucks. Not clear how well those bucks are being spent towards reduced emissions.
Seems a US piggybank in some of their minds. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom the thing that upsets me the most is that the Countries in the PA are all the one the Americans had to go save in WWII ! They try to force us to do things that that won’t do! How much blood and treasure have we spent saving other countries!
