Ken,
When I was working and had the responsibility for the emerging markets I studied China's Five Year Plan (FYP) like a bible. The plan is a road map of the government's investments to come. China is about to approve its 14th FYP. Power Sector among other investments will be highlighted and that will offer the answer to you question. The plan's approval should happen this year... God I do miss those working days, it was so exciting. Slobodan |
