I have not been involved for over a year, but when I was working on the project the only customization we were using was all within the existing capabilities of the product (populating table values, selecting labels, etc.). Joe is right that NS agreed to implement/add a handful of features for OPA, but those were adds to the base product, not anything just for OPA. OPA staff will not maintain any of the NS software -- they cannot, they don't even have access to the system code.

But a LOT of what is being said about the NS system and the implementation is not accurate.
