This is a maintenance issue I believe needs to be addressed. If we need more staff for this or maybe contracting out, then so be it. It's necessary.
I agree. On a side note, who keeps driving on the grass by the Sports Core pool and creating tracks all over it. It looks terrible. I saw Comcast trucks there making the ruts. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: About the pine needles on the side of the roads, I think if they were cleaned up, it would make a huge difference in the appearance of the Pines not to mention cutting down on some of the flooding. This is a maintenance issue I believe needs to be addressed. If we need more staff for this or maybe contracting out, then so be it. It's necessary. I've often wondered if we have increased our staffing over the years to compensate for the increase in houses being built and a lot more wear and tear. I believe we're very close to build-out. Whether we like it or not, we have to pay for upkeep of OPA's common property. On a side note, who keeps driving on the grass by the Sports Core pool and creating tracks all over it.
