Give Joe another couple of weeks and he will have the number for that improvement over $20 Million. The fact is there is no firm dollar amount for that work and never has been, but $12 Million is laughable. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The price required for the land acquisition was only the beginning of what would have been a very expensive project, perhaps as much as the cost to effect a path down Beauchamp Road which everyone agrees is the best solution. I feel like I am missing something when I hear that $14 million estimate to run the water down Beauchamp Rd. |
There already is a large drainage ditch running all the way down to St. Martins. Where is all the expense coming from?
