| Joe another thing after living here for a couple of years ,I did have meetings with O.P. board and Worcester cty, Sorry I did on both counts. O.P. told me that I should dig a hole and put a pump in to get rid of water. I wasn't sure then where i was actually supposed to discharge water too,and i'm not sure now. Worcester cty, I can actually say the only thing I got from them was nothing. As far as I'm concerned There are three houses on Avon ct. that should never been allowed to be built on. My personal opinion. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty , do you agree or disagree that some homes in 0.P. should never have been allowed to be built because of drainage problems ? Are you kidding? What Marty thinks or doesn't think on that issue is totally irrelevant today. The OP subdivision was approved by Worcester County. Are you suggesting that lot owners in some areas should not be allowed to build on their property? |
