God Bless you my friend but you and I are not going to agree. Ocean Pines lucked out and didn’t get to waste over a million dollars of its membership’s hard earned assessments on the Pines Shore golf course.
I don't understand your use of the term "waste." The property is a viable location to dump water coming from OP at a cost much less than going down Beauchamp Road at what was $4 million a decade ago, and now likely $8 million. Purchasing the property does not eliminate the value of the property. I'd wager to say that if that land went on the market today it would be for far more than the $1.2 million you say it went for. |
