Board is expected to be dealing with the GM, not with individual employees. And individual directors have been rightly criticized for overstepping this. [As you already knew]

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The employees, especially management employees, work for OPA. They should be working hard to implement policies set by the board. If they are not then they should not be working here. They surely should not be taking public positions at odds with board policy. |
