YUP Employer bashing is definitely out of bounds. And also there's plenty of examples which are way more subtle: for example, when support for "go fund me" becomes a negative. Plus an example is when -- applying for a job, after applications were invited. Such actions are being held against people here. Then there were the golf advisory resignations. Then the Janesek matter. Plenty of tensions in the air within all of those issues.
All examples of work environment turmoil. This can easily result in employee's silence as a CYA, -- as a smart move -- as self-protection. YUP I'd agree, there's plenty of common sense involved, as you've said, as well as self-protection needs, as outlined above. Seems very little differences in the underlying issue of dealing with work environment turmoil in OP. |
