Nate Some great examples. Shows how employees should be thinkers, not robots always following the BOD. Great examples from an employee who was fired, took OPA to court, and lost. Employees should always be encouraged to bring to upper management what they think are good ideas. Employees should not be on social media blasting OPA if their ideas are not accepted. |
