For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Where did this happen? Are you ok with Ocean Pines employees being frowned upon by their manager or department head for using oceanpinesforum.com? If an employee is doing their job but speaks out about policy I would hope that speech would be protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. Marty |
