Sorry, I was referring to OP employees not feeling safe talking to a lawyer hired by the board.
I suspect they would not. On the other hand, how would the board investigate any charges involving employees or employee witnesses? If an employee doesn’t feel safe talking to a board lawyer, they sure will not feel safe under questioning by the entire board. At some point, you are dealing with human nature. |
