The cure would be worse than the cold. So, we are already in the Worcester County fold. Our government is Worcester County. The last time a review of outsourcing was done it would cause a sizable increase in the assessment. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Remember General Halftrack from Beetle Bailey comics? He would see a situation and mutter "What now"? Well, that's what we, as property owners and assessment payers, should be asking ourselves: What now? How much is enough? The past and on-going internal shenanigans should be a wake up call for the outsourcing of the running of Ocean Pines...and maybe, just maybe, the absorption of Ocean Pines into the Worcester County fold. Mind you, the directors in Snow Hill would not be putting up with this. This assuming that they would even want to take on this monumental headache of a project. |
