| When I had apprenticeship orientation a OldTimer came in to give some words of wisdom. He said if you want a long and prosperous career never talk bad about the pope or his church in public. I give this same advice to the apprentices today. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nate Some great examples. Shows how employees should be thinkers, not robots always following the BOD. Great examples from an employee who was fired, took OPA to court, and lost. Employees should always be encouraged to bring to upper management what they think are good ideas. Employees should not be on social media blasting OPA if their ideas are not accepted. |
