I think perhaps the one thing that merits further discussion is the question many, including myself,  have asked - where was Viola during all this ?  His lack of direct involvement and apparent lack of interest in resolving an employee issue is undoubtedly what caused this situation to escalate to the point it did.  No excuse for the way it was handled, and my disgust with the BOD and the GM could not be greater than it is.
