For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I wonder if the membership will do something about it this time or let it slide again. Membership? What can the membership do, other than go to court? Have you contacted your attorney yet to see if there is a possibility of not counting any ballots until the judge can review how the board handled this bulkhead referendum issue? For better or worse, the ball really is apparently in your court as representative of the petitioners if anything is to be done. |
