Yes, perhaps Frank did. But he VOTED to say bulkheads would require a referendum if the spending limit passes. Daly also keeps repeating his erroneous comments that the board could build a five million dollar new Yacht Club in stages.
I assume Daly also voted to reject Trendic’s petition on the ridiculous grounds that the question language was incorrect. |
