I agree with you on the incorrect interpretation of what type of project can be done in phases. A new beach club could not be done in phases. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes, perhaps Frank did. But he VOTED to say bulkheads would require a referendum if the spending limit passes. Daly also keeps repeating his erroneous comments that the board could build a five million dollar new Yacht Club in stages. I assume Daly also voted to reject Trendic’s petition on the ridiculous grounds that the question language was incorrect. |
